Founded in 2001 as Profile Imaging, the company’s name was subsequently changed to ProFile Discovery to reflect its broader suite of services in the digital evidence life cycle arena.
ProFile Discovery provides electronic discovery, forensic analysis and investigation, and cyber security evaluation and incident response to companies and organizations of all sizes and in all sectors.

Andrew Keck
president
Andrew Keck is the Owner of ProFile Discovery, a litigation support company based in Columbus, Ohio. Since 2006, Keck has developed and led the electronic discovery practice for ProFile Discovery and has more than eighteen years working in the litigation support profession, coupled with an extensive background in electronic discovery. He continues to serve as an expert witness for court cases involving forensics and other technical issues with complex IT infrastructures.
Keck holds a MS in Cybersecurity and is the author of “Electronic Discovery”: a study discussing the overlapping of cybersecurity, forensics, and electronic discovery. He continues to speak at public events, law schools, and continuing legal education seminars.
Ryan Jeppe
Partner | Director of Electronic discovery
Ryan Jeppe is a Partner and Director of Operations at Profile Discovery. A Certified E-Discovery professional with more than 20 years of experience, Jeppe has been in the litigation support industry since 1999 and has spent more than a decade handling Electronic Discovery. Knowledgeable in both the sales and operations sides, Jeppe is CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist) certified, and specializes in data collection, early case assessment, data processing and hosted review platforms. He is currently completing a master’s degree in Business Analytics from Ohio University.
Hans Foster, MSS
Director of Review Services
Hans Foster is Partner based in Cleveland, Ohio at ProFile Discovery and is Certified E-Discovery Administrator, with a focus on Early Case Assessment using Electronic discovery tools, systemic data culling and second level review. He holds a Master’s Degree in Systemic Studies and a Forensic Email Collectors License, and is an REVEAL Certified Administrator and Certified Mediator. Foster has testified as a witness relating to forensic collections and as a custodial witness, and has assisted attorneys as a legal technology hot seat operator in over 50 trials. Foster has previously served as Legal Technology Adjunct Professor for Ursuline College and Certification Instructor for the National Society for Legal Technology.
Linda Weber
Director of Business Development
Linda Weber brings over 25 years of business development and professional litigation support experience to ProFile Discovery. In her current role as Director of Business Development, Linda builds and nurtures client engagements to meet our company’s growth targets. She has served as a trial consultant, account manager, project manager, and paralegal, working with litigators on several high–profile cases. We rely on Linda’s E-Discovery domain expertise and relationship-building skills to improve our clients’ processes and outcomes. Linda is a dynamic national speaker who instructs Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations at law firms, bar associations, and litigation seminars.
Ian McCullough

Ian joins ProFile Discovery and brings over two decades of experience working inside of law firms providing white glove litigation support services ranging from document discovery to trial support. Ian quickly became certified with ACEDS (Association of Certified E-discovery Specialist), and is a Certified Administrator in Reveal.
